The formula

Monthly token cost = requests × (input tokens × input rate + output tokens × output rate) ÷ 1,000,000. Rates in this calculator are USD per million tokens.

Reasoning and retries matter

Include all output tokens charged by your provider, including reasoning when applicable. If a task often needs a retry, count the additional requests. For a quality comparison, divide total cost by answers that pass the task's acceptance criteria.

Budget versus reservation

A token estimate is not a hard spending limit. Flonno requires prepaid credit and reserves an allowance before generation. The charge uses reported usage; an unfinished request or missing usage can require reconciliation. Check the dashboard documentation before running large batches.
